Head of World Federation of the Deaf visits North Korea
The President of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) has made a five-day trip to North Korea, to look at projects aimed at supporting deaf North Koreans.
Colin Allen met with deaf North Korean children and adults as he toured a kindergarten for the deaf during the visit.
